WHO ARE WE?
A simple concept, our Sydney Oyster Girls (or boys) will roam any event or function, shucking succulent oysters before your eyes, engaging and enchanting guests.
Sporting our custom made oyster belts and standard cocktail party attire, we can also customize our uniform and set up an oyster bar to suit the mood and look of your event.
With the obligatory fine Champagne or carefully chosen wine, it makes a magical combination.
No event is too big or too small, cocktail parties, weddings, launches, exhibitions, corporate or private, and family, we are fully versatile and cater for them all.
No prep, no mess, and no kitchen needed, we have you covered to make your experience truly special!
Sydney Oyster Girls was formed by Dutch native Maria Barkman in 2014 for you to enjoy the nation's finest produce.
A small dedicated team of Oyster girls tirelessly established the reputation with a presence and visibility at many across Sydney events over subsequent years.
We partnered with leading Sydney staffing supplier 'Clifford Wallace' to provide not only the best oysters but the best brand ambassadors.
Now we are always looking for new and innovative ways of showcasing our succulent oyster whilst remaining true to this simple concept.
