We work professionally alongside other caterers. With our long-standing experience in Sydney corporate hospitality, our staff have the attitude and outlook required to be a trustworthy addition not only to your function, but also to your (in-house) caterer and hospitality staff on the day.
Sydney Oyster Girls takes pride in training its staff not only in shucking oysters, we also ensure that each and everyone of them holds a valid NSW Food Safety Handling certificate. They also each study the 'Oyster Manual' as to ensure they know what they're talking about.
We hold a maximum Public Liability insurance and fully comply with NSW Health & Safety regulations. We operate from an approved commercial kitchen checked and approved regularly by the Food Safety Authority.
We are open to suggestions on how our staff might dress for your event. If required, we can help you personalize uniforms through our network of suppliers.
The candy cups we standard use are 4 oz white cups with the black Sydney Oyster Girls logo on it. If you wish customized branding, please contact the office.
ON THE JOB
As your function floor is our work space, we won't need access to kitchens and/or pantries. However we do require a small corner/office to store our goods and for the staff to get changed if an upgrade has been ordered.
